1. Acceptance of Terms

"Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that
you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.

2. Eligibility

Domestic helpers using our Services must have valid work authorization in Hong Kong. Employers
must be legally authorized to employ domestic workers in Hong Kong and comply with all
employment laws.
2.3 Geographic Limitations
Our Services are primarily designed for the Hong Kong market. Users outside Hong Kong may access
our Services, but certain features may be limited or unavailable based on local regulations.
2.4 Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to:
- Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
- Immigration laws and regulations
- Tax obligations and reporting requirements
- Anti-discrimination laws
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate,
current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your
account information and updating it as necessary.

4. Our Services

RoyaleMaide provides a platform that connects domestic helpers with employers in Hong Kong,
including:
- Job listing and search functionality for domestic helper positions
- Profile creation and management for both helpers and employers
- Communication tools between users to facilitate connections
- Verification services to ensure platform safety
- Community forum and educational resources
- Additional services as they become available
4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond
our control.
4.3 Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time
with reasonable notice to users, except in cases of emergency or technical necessity.
4.4 Third-Party Services
Our Services may include links to or integration with third-party services. We are not
responsible for third-party services' content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party
services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Acceptable Use
